This weekend in Albert Lea Minnesota My ruby boy Krystel The Great Grantini took a group two!!! It is difficult for a cavalier to get a group placing but to get a group 2 is a very big deal!! The next day he took select dog so this weekend was a pretty nice exciting time for us here at Mysticknight Cavaliers

We are so excited to be going to show and then the state fair next week already.
Chico is at the doggie dentisit today getting a dental. The vet can not believe that Lorankas flame(Chico) is still heart clear. I bet she listened for at least three very long minutes and then said I do not hear any sign of a murmur at all and he is now six years old almost seven.

I just wanted to let everyone know my website is down. It is being worked on but I will be at the Minnesota State fair On opening day August 25th 2011 and again on Friday the 26th so stop by and mee my cavaliers and chat about cavaliers. I will also be having information on the breed and on two local venues for cavaliers. The one is the Twin Cities Cavalier club and the other is the Cavalier play group. Both are great groups to get involved with so stop by and sign our guest book and after the fair I will send you out an email giving you information on both clubs and telling you how you can get involved with the local clubs.

Today an eight year old cavalier came into rescue here in Minnesota and is in such bad shape I think she would have died if a nice woman had not gotten her out of that home last Thursday. If she had remained she would have died before the week was out. She is now in a wonderful foster care home with a woman whom will give her the best shot at a normal loving life. Please help support Cavalier rescue. Without them and people who care this dog would be gone now. Please Please Please donate so we can keep up with the bills that are rolling in. Christmas is just around the corner and think about sending a donation in someones name rather than just another gift to be left in the closet. Your donations keep on giving on down the road and it will make you feel good too.
If you don't know where to go start with CKCSC.ORG and go to rescue tab and follow the signs. I will post photos of her when I get them and will post again after all her blood work is finished and we have some answers.

Here is a link to the University of Minnesota. This place has everything to help a sick or injured pet 24 hours a day 365 days a year. A great place to tour before you need them and a great resource to know about. Please explore their website. Also consider donating to them so that they can help others or even consider a volunteer position or just take a class. You would be amazed at what you can learn just by visiting the specialty areas.
This is where my Cavaliers go to have their hearts and eyes checked as well as anything that comes up that is an emergency. Post their number on the fridge because you never know when you might need it.

The puppies are so cute right now. They are starting to toddle and tip over and try to play with each other. It is so fun watching them toddle around. Hope for a nice day tomorrow and maybe I can shoot some video for you all.

Email if you are interested in the pedigree. We also have a blenheim litter that is just darling. Both these litters have some great parents that are heart and eye tested and cleared by the University of Minnesota. All these pups will also be seen at the U prior to leaving for their new homes.

The puppies are here and doing great along with the grandkids Sam, seven and Ellie, five.

As you can see these kids really like the babies. Watch for the Mysticknight website to be changing this winter. I hope to update everything and get new photos too. It really is time to do that!
